The wedding venue provides two flexible function areas including a breathtaking waterfront terrace over looking Pittwater for outdoor wedding ceremonies, and a panoramic reception room with a capacity of 50 to 120 guests.
The Poolside alfresco wedding ceremony and function area is perfect for intimate weddings, catering for 30 to 50 guests.The hotel has its own private jetty and floating pontoon, perfect for bridal photographs.
All Pittwater Reception room wedding packages include a BONUS GIFT to the bride and groom of an overnight stay in our Wedding spa suite. This suite is an ideal location to get ready in prior to your ceremony.

We can hold your preferred date for up to 7 days. To secure this date all we require is $1500 deposit and a copy of the signed terms and conditions.
For lunch weddings it is an 11.30am ceremony time
For dinner weddings, ceremony times are available from 4.00pm until 5.30pm
We have our own jetty & pontoon which is a beautiful photograph location, especially stunning on sunset
Yes our minimum guest number on a Saturday night is 80 guests, 60 guests at any other time
Yes definitely, with prior notification our chef will cater for these guests individually
Yes, all wedding guests are offered a special discount wedding rate
Yes all our packages are flexible to cater for your personal needs. Meet with our consultants and they can design your own wedding package.

Are many venues open over the Christmas/New Year period?
I am from overseas and my family can pretty much only come to Australia June-August or around Christmas. We're wanting a wedding in Newcastle so are worried about the weather June-August being cold, wet, windy and not a great time for people to explore Australia at its best. This pretty much leaves the Christmas period. Of course this is subject to availability of venues but I wonder if generally they all close down or stay open over that period. Thanks!
