Come ashore by boat. Be married on idyllic Quarantine Beach, or on the picturesque grassy slopes of North Head. Have timeless Sydney Harbour as your backdrop. Then stay overnight and breakfast by the beach with your guests.
From something small and intimate to a banquet for up to 150 people, Q Station Retreat´s all-inclusive wedding packages includes venue, wedding ceremony location and reception.
Q Station Retreat is located deep in Sydney Harbour National Park on Manly´s famous North Head. It is located on a 35 hectare site of what was once Sydney´s Quarantine Station. The original buildings have now been lovingly restored and a gorgeous hotel was created and opened in April of 2008. The site is steeped in history and provides a unique and incredible backdrop for a stunning wedding with incredible views of stunning Sydney Harbour.

The Governor Bourke Room:
This is Q Station Retreat´s largest venue. It has expansive views of Sydney Harbour, is flooded with natural light and features timber floors. There is also a large veranda perfect for pre-dinner drinks and canapés.
The Former First Class Dining Room:
This gorgeous room offers a palm-lined veranda, charming stained glass windows and spectacular bush and harbour views. The Dining Room comes equipped with the original hardwood furniture used by the first class guests of the former Quarantine Station from 1886, when this building was erected.

Stunning venue, and the buildings are just gorgeous. We needed hardly any decorations, the rooms were stunning as is. The staff were not particularly organised, though, especially in the lead-up, where I felt I had to organise everything myself and chase up answers, but I was happy overall.

Poor management and organisation by staff there, scenery great thou. We had to organise the day and direct staff as they seemed unsure what to do next. Dessert ran out early with over half the guest missing out.
