The group at Zest Waterfront Venues took over the logistics, building a detailed floor plan and a flawless run sheet that easily incorporated a vibrant mix of cultural performances. From the high-energy entrance led by Dream Entertainment’s drummers to the traditional Chilean cueca dance, a Lebanese Zaffe, and a spectacular Chinese lion dance, the space accommodated every transition smoothly. Zoe Mae captured the ceremony and stunning portraits against the water, while Place of Serene gathered authentic behind-the-scenes moments as a dedicated content creator.
The true magic of the celebration became real during a quiet moment just after the entrees were served. Sitting at the bridal table, looking out over a room full of socialising guests, glowing fairy lights, and a spectacular night view, the couple could finally breathe and take in the joy of the evening. Guests spent the rest of the night on the dance floor and praising the incredible menu, eventually leaving full, happy, and satisfied. By leaning on a flexible venue team that communicated directly with vendors to manage setup, Yasmyn and Wally were able to completely trust the process and focus entirely on the energy of their celebration.
