After working in hospitality for most of my life, training at International hotel schools, managing corporate events and 2 Star Michelin Restaurants in Europe. I met the love of my life and we settled into our ranch life in the Hawkesbury. Outside is where you will find me - riding my horses, working in the garden or chasing my chooks. I love the 'rustic' & 'calm' of our place as its sits beautifuly against the hills. I am thrilled to share our property its the perfect place to say 'I DO '.

Yes, Ding Dang Doo Escape has accomodation available for up to 10 guests & we can place an additional 3 guests. All of our packages include an accomodation component, especially for the newlyweds and their parents. Your family will love our beautiful country cottages & homestead with fireplaces and heaps of charm.

Yes, Ding Dang Doo Escape can park around 20 cars, our property is of the road. We have a long driveway that is a scenic drive itself! 

Ding Dang Doo Escape has a beautiful English garden with many different locations, you can have your ceromony at the arch, water features or the area the skyline view. 

YES, when the weather is not playing our game you can have your ceromony in the rustic horse barn. Our guests in the past have prefered this area even on nice days as its just to gorgeous to be true! (please see photos)

YES, Ding Dang Doo Escape works closely with Katalanetents the most beautiful marquees. We can pop them up in our garden, paddock or courtyard.  Please contact us for more information.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Ding Dang Doo Estate for our wedding. We were lucky enough to have an incredible wedding planner, Gina, who really listened to all of our requests and made our dream wedding a reality. Gina went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us. One of the things that really stood out to us about Ding Dang Doo Estate was the incredible value for money. Compared to other wedding venues on the market, Ding Dang Doo Estate offered an unbeatable price point without sacrificing on quality. We were blown away by how much we were able to get for our money, and we're so grateful that we were able to have our special day at such an incredible location. The estate itself was stunning, with beautiful grounds and stunning views that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony

Ding Dang Doo is absolutely stunning. The homestead is the prettiest cottage and the way in which it has been presented makes you feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. The cottages are equally as quaint and comfortable. We chose the venue for our wedding and booked an October date. There was ample room for our family to stay and prepare for the wedding and there are photo opportunites all over the property. The events team, Gina and Andrew, went above our expectations and ensured the property was perfect for our wedding. They helped us work out options for the wet weather and luckily the rain stopped just in time to set up the ceremony in the garden. The garden was so pretty it didn't even need any decorations. Our guests said it was the best wedding they have been to.

I had my wedding at Ding Dang Doo Escape. I could never even put into words how magical and beautiful our day was. People always tell me my wedding pictures look like an absolute dream wedding. And they’re right! The venue is absolutely stunning! The perfect back drop. And Carla is an amazing host and such a great person to deal with through everything. We want our dog in our wedding. Any tips?

Would love some advice! We def want to include our dog in our wedding! We want him as the ring bearer. Are they are any things to avoid or prepare for in advance? Do all venues allow pets? Thanks!

Having your dog involved is such cute idea, and if you like him as the ring bearer we would suggest to get help from a Pet Chaperone, we can help you with this and forward you our local lady. She is fantastic with dogs and will avoid your dog running of with the rings. Obviously we allow dogs, not all venues do. Please contact us if you have any more questions. Hi Katrina,

Our venue looks the best with a long table! Long tables are still very much on trend and we have a great rustic setting, and are seen to be more social. However we can also provide you with:

  1. Banquet is when people sit the entire way around a round table. 
  2. Cabaret is when a gap is left at the front of the table, so that no-one has their back to the front (used mainly in a corporate environment). 
  3. U-shape is long tables forming a horseshoe shape
