Choosing your celebrant is a very personal choice, and what sets Robyn apart is that she considers her role as more than a job. Flexible pricing depending on time, location, and inclusions, but a legal’s only service starts at $550. Robyn will also provide a printed copy of your wedding ceremony and your vows to keep and treasure forever. Your vows will also be printed on lovely personalised cards that will look beautiful in your photos.
Robyn is fully trained in infection control practices, following Covid-Safe rules, and has a first-aid certificate.

From the time you book my services I am here to help and guide you through the ceremony planning process to make it easy, fun and stress free...
Srandard inclusions are...
- Initial meeting to get to know each other, lodgement of NOIM and sighting of identity documents.
- Questionnaire to find out all about you both to assist in telling your story and creating a unique ceremony just for you.
- Guide to suggested vows, verses, readings and ceremony inclusions for you to consider (provided as online booklet)
- Unlimited phone and email contact ... for all those questions that happen along the way!
- Draft ceremony document for you to review prior to the day
- Follow up meeting or rehearsal if posisible close to the date to lodge legal declaration and fine tune the ceremony
- Preparation of all legal documents for signing and lodgement with BDM after the ceremony.
- Guidance on changing your name and ordering your legal marriage certificate.
- Professional delivery of your ceremony via a high quality PA system (if required) . You can play your music
through my system - spotify playlist or USB download
- Rehearsal prior to the ceremony on negotation ( on location if local or at an agreed location) ** additional cost may apply
- Smiles and support for you and your wedding party on the day...normally only one wedding per day so I'm all yours !
- Copy of your ceremony and vows for for you to keep and treasure
- Registration of your marriage and lodgement of all legally required documentation.
Yes...I live in the Penrith area and happy to travel to the Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands or Central Coast regions.
Areas further afield such as Newcastle, Hunter Valley or South Coast I'm happy to consider also although some additional travel costs may apply.
A lot of the work of a celebrant goes on "behind the scenes" in order to create a personal and special ceremony experience for you.
My fee for standard full wedding services starts from $750 which covers all inclusions in my package - pre-wedding meetings and communication, guide booklet with vows and reading suggestions, personalised ceremony draft, preparation and submission of all legal documents...and of course delivery of your ceremony and total support on your big day!
Happy to travel outside Sydney metro but additional travel costs may apply.
A $200 non refundable booking and lodgement fee is required on booking.

I completed my Certificate IV in Celebrancy via Rose Training Australia.
i am fully licensed and registered via the Attorney General Dept and complete all required professional development training to uphold my celebrant licence and fully comply with the Celebrant code of conduct.
I hold full public liabiilty insurance.
I am a member of Australian Marriage Celebrants Incorporated - the largest celebrant association in Australia.
I am a member of Celebrant Connect Australia who also provide emergency celebrant back up if needed.
i am an experienced and competent public speaker and have extensive experience working with brides and grooms in the hospitality industry planning wedding receptions.
I have current First Aid training - just in case!

Get Expert AdviceIs it OK to ask a celebrant to wear a costume at our wedding?
Hello! I've read some responses to celebrants dressing in a matching style etc. Is it rude to ask if they wouldn't mind wearing a costume? I've read somewhere a couple got married by batman and then the obvious Elvis option.. I like the idea of an iconic character and think it would be something to remember but wouldn't want to offend anyone or make it a bad experience. TIA

Many celebrants (myself included!) are more than happy to help couples to add some fun to their ceremony by getting into the theme with a costume! I think it's a brilliant way of making it personal and all about exactly what you want for your special day....and certainly makes it memorable. If a costume is what you want and you engaged a celebrant who is not comfortable with this it may mean re-thinking your options to find someone who is willing and able to support you in making your perfect day just what you are dreaming of!

Who exactly can be a witness?
My fiance and I are having a small ceremony and just want it to be us. We are hoping the celebrant can be one of our witnesses. As for the other, can it be one of us or does have to be someone else? I can't find any specific information online anywhere. We want it to be as small and quiet as possible. Thank you in advance for any help :)

Congratulation to you both, small and intimate ceremonies are lovely...and very wise at this time in particular.
As your celebrant legally cannot be your witness, it's good to choose people who would be honoured to support you both in this important role.
In the current climate of restrictions on numbers, some couples are choosing witnesses who can also act as photographer if this is something you would like.
Anyone can be your witness really provided they are over 18 and speak the language that the ceremony will be conducted in.

How to get married in Australia?
We are thinking of getting married next year's whilst in Adelaide. Can you have a celebrant legally marry you at a family house in the garden or have you got to go to hotel?

Absolutely yes you can get married in a private home or garden, or just about anywhere you like in Australia! Provided you have completed and lodged the Notice of Intended Marriage with your celebrant at least a month before the wedding date the choice of location is completely up to you. Just always make sure your chosen location is suitable for your number of guest and that you have a plan "B" be in place if outdoors in case of bad weather. Very best wishes for your special day !
