Belgian chocolate cakes with handmade truffles and fresh summer berries are just one of my specialities. Kitchen cakes and dummy tiers can be utilised for large or small celebrations.
I personally deliver and setup each cake to ensure the finished product is exactly as you imagined, all the while liaising with the reception venue so there are no last minute hiccups.
I am happy to arrange sugar or fresh flowers and to liaise with your florist if required.

As a pastry chef, flavour is very important to me. I love it when couples come back to me after their wedding day saying their guests were absolutely raving about the taste of their wedding cake. That is why I do this… it makes people happy to see and eat what I have created for them on the biggest day of their lives.
Also, it is all me…. I look after them from initial meeting to cooking, decorating and personally delivering their cake on the day.
