Kats Cakes were included in our package with Ballara Receptions, but I would recommend her for any wedding. Our beautiful 3 tier cake was carefully designed during our meeting, everything we asked for was included. Kat was very prompt with emails and produced a cake that was exactly what we wanted. I was happy that even though it was included in our wedding, we were able to customise it completely. The cake tasted amazing on the night and even better the next day! We would highly recommend her!

Tiana did the hair and Kerrie did the makeup for myself, 2 bridesmaids and my Mum on my wedding day. These ladies were so amazing and talented, they weren't happy until I was happy and that made me so comfortable. I live in Brisbane and both were so accommodating with scheduling trials for me. They were professional, prompt and knew exactly what they were doing and could turn my visions into a reality. I looked and felt so beautiful on the day and I tribute that to them! Magical makeovers came recommended by Ballara Receptions and I'm happy I booked them!

Paul at Lillypad Flowers took my wedding to the next level! even though they were included with Ballara Receptions, I was able to customise every aspect of our wedding decorations! I also used Lillypad for our bouquets and boutineers, I changed my mind a lot on design but Paul was never more than an email away, he took photos i sent him and made them a reality. My flowers were exactly what i wanted and they even added a bouquet charm that my Mum had gotten me. They matched our reception flowers to the bouquets and even worked with our cake designer to add flowers to the cake. Nothing was too hard to do and the team were wonderful to work with!

Fairytales Bridal was the first shop i went to to search for my dress. Funnily enough i found my dress on the first trip but wanted to look else where to make sure i made the right decision. I shopped at other, smaller boutiques, but i never like my shopping experience at other places. I came back to Fairytales because of the amount of dresses and choices i had for my budget, the staff were very helpful and not pushy to get a sale. Once i found my dress the process was very easy, i made monthly payments on it. My veil was included as a promotion! I live in Brisbane so they were very accommodating with scheduling appointments for when I was in town. I also altered my dress 4 days before my wedding and they completed it in 2 hours! I would recommend them to any bride!

Ferrari Formal made suit shopping for my Husband and his Groomsman so easy and stress free. My Husband and brother got their suits in Brisbane, the best man was flying in from Chicago, so Ferrari was happy to just take his measurements and order the suit for him. The wedding was in Melbourne so the Brisbane store organised for the suits to be picked up in Melbourne. Both fathers also hired their suits from Ferrari. With 5 suits being ordered and picked up around the country, Ferrari was very accommodating to us, we were even allowed to drop all the suits back to one store in Melbourne. Ferrari is the perfected store if you want to hire suits for multiple people who live around the country and the world! The only fault was that one of the Groomsman shirts was way too big, and a new shirt had to be 'ubered' to the wedding venue.

My Bridemaids and I went to the store in Richmond. I think it was meant to be as we had looked online at a dress that was already on sale. We went to the store to find out it has been reduced even more and that there were only 2 size 14's left, the size that we needed. the dresses looked like they were custom made to match my wedding dress. so happy with them!

We only spent one night here but wish it had been longer! We arrived late after our wedding but the staff were happy to help us. We had a beautiful room and champagne on arrival. the buffet breakfast was amazing, they even have professional baristas to make your morning coffee!

I can not thank the team at Ballara for everything they did for us. We felt like royalty, nothing was too much to ask, we were doted on during the day. My Husband and I live in Brisbane and the team were very accommodating to us. All guests raved about how good the food was, how beautiful the grounds where and that everything was in one spot. We loved that the package we chose included our cake and DJ. Most of our vendors were ones that the team at Ballara recommended and that saved us heaps of time trying to find reputable people. We can not fault Ballara Receptions, they made our day perfect.

I bonded with Erin from our first meeting. Her bubbly and positive personality was exactly what we wanted in our ceremony. We loved that she took care of everything, she put our minds at ease and helped us plan every moment. She listened to what we wanted and even worked with another family member during the ceremony. Erin was very prompt with emails and organised meetings around what my Husband and I could do as we live in Brisbane. I am so happy we chose her to marry us!

Cassie and Sean captured our day so beautifully! There were no awkward photos, no cheesy posing, all so natural and fun! We weren't originally going to have 2 photographers but I'm so glad we did. Sean was great with the guys, made them so comfortable. Cassie made all of us feel confident and beautiful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even a last minute change of address the day before was met with no hesitation. During the reception we went over time by an hour without even realising, but they were happy to stay! They gave us 300 more photos than we planned for and we had all edited images within 4 weeks of the wedding, with sneak peaks along the way! Perla Photography was the best decision we made for our wedding, we couldn't be happier!

Tony and the team at Classic White Jags added elegance to our wedding! We originally met them at Ballara Receptions open day, 18 months before our wedding. They gave us a deal on the cars that was better than any other company. We had 2 1954 Jags pick us up and we had Tony come back at the end of the night to take us to our hotel. My Husband said not many people remember the car ride to the hotel after the wedding but he said it was one of his favourite parts, driving through the moonlit countryside in the old car, He loved it! The cars were well kept, picked us up on time, the staff were lovely, even sat us in a side street for 15 minutes because I didn't want to arrive too early! Beautiful cars and wonderful staff.
