Hi, I’m Alex, the heart behind Confetti Society. My journey began in kitchens as a chef, where entertaining people and managing the details behind the scenes quickly became second nature. After swapping knives for event plans and timelines, I immersed myself in the events industry with one goal in mind: to build a business that creates meaningful, beautifully executed celebrations. That vision became Confetti Society, founded in 2024.

Things like how many suppliers you've already locked in, whether you need help with guest management, or how much styling and coordination is involved on the day all play a part. We'll chat through your specific vision and needs, then tailor a package that fits perfectly.

This is becoming more popular as the modern day bride becomes more savvy - we have two packages in particular which help the D.I.Y bride, our Peace of Mind package & The Big Day package. The Peace of Mind package does exactly that, we jump in 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date and bring all your pieces together and ensure nothing is missing and fill in the gaps (almost like someone is checking over your homework), we are also there on the day of the wedding for up to 10 hours. This also allows you to focus on the memorable moments leading up to the wedding such as final dress fittings, attend the hen's & buck's parties, entertain and spend time with international and interstate guests.
The Big Day will have us touch base the week of the wedding and you had over the reigns to us to chat through your vision and for us to be there to execute all your planning and styling on the day, including set up and pack down, hosting and ushering your guests to where they need to be and making sure we are sticking to schedule.

Confetti Society can jump in at any point during the process, with our packages available to be tailored to your needs and what stage of the planning process you are. As a guide, we suggest engaging our services for full planning at the beginning prior to the venue selection, for partial planning 6-8 months in advance, and any services for the last 6-8 week stretch or on the day services can be booked later down the track. Just a small note: our calendar fills up fast, so booking in advance is key.
