Inclusions:
*Contact with vendors approximately one month out from wedding to ensure everything is going according to plan.
*Creation of run sheet for the wedding day
*Where applicable set up on the day (or day before) for ceremony and/or reception (tables/chairs/decorations etc)
*On the day coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly, including contact with vendors, any problem solving that may be needed and guest assistance.
*As many emails/phone calls/messages between myself and the client that is needed to ensure everything is going ahead as planned.
Price starting from $700 (based on 7 hours on the day) Contact for more information (smaller or larger packages can be discussed)
*Initial Consult (Phone or Face to face) to discuss budget, venue and general planning process.
*Venue research, guidance with packages and selection.
*Budget creation and management of due date throughout (where appropriate).
*Vendor sourcing, quotes and selection.
*Ongoing contact with venue and vendors throughout the planning stage, including on the day.
*Assistance with picking out decorations and styling for ceremony and reception (where appropriate)
*On the day coordination (see other package)
*Any other assistance required for the planning stage not stated above.

Yes of course, if the wedding planning or coordiantion package is not quite right for you please contact me and we can discuss your exact needs.
If you need to postpone your wedding for whatever reason and you have already paid the deposit this can be transferred to your new wedding date.
Yes, we can organise a payment plan, please contact me to dicuss this further.
Yes if you wish to have either of these options I will help to make this happen, including sourcing venues that allow pets and finding potential babysitters/au pairs to look after the children that may need to attend your wedding.
I got married in November 2022, and started the planning process in January of 2022, I loved the entire planning process. I have always been an extremely organised person, I love all things weddings, the planning, researching and booking all the vendors. I will treat your wedding as I would treat my own, with the extreme care and dedication needed to make your wedding day the most memorable day of your life.
I have worked in the retail industry my entire life, since I was 18 and for the past 13 years I have worked in pharmacy, so I am very good with people, dealing with problems/handling issues that may arise and working under pressure.

Hi there, based on what time of year you are planning on having your wedding, and if you choose say a Thursday, things to take into consideration may include: public holidays, school holidays, leavers (depending on where you are getting married). If it is during the off peak season for weddings also, many vendors try and take holidays then, so your choice of suppliers may be smaller. You will also need to give your guests plenty of notice so they can take time off work if needed.
