Out of everything for my wedding I knew that my flowers had to be extra special. I had an idea that I wanted them to be dramatic and loose and the same time, with an equal balance for our centerpiece. I didn't know exactly what type of flowers I wanted and when I visited the store the flowers on display were not my style, but this only showed me that they really listened to their clients and delivered on their requests. On the day of my wedding, entering the venue I was blown away. They were huge and so luscious! It was at that moment that I started getting emotional and was so overwhelmed. They delivered above and beyond, better than I could have ever imagined.

The String Quartet were hired during the ceremony and canape break to entertain the guests. I really enjoy traditional music and Les Trois Amies set the mood. To balance, my husband selected a surprise song to play after our ceremony, the Star Wars theme song. All the guests were in stitches!

Peter and his assistant photographer, Dan were incredible photographers and great value for money. We found while searching for a photographer that many were based on a set amount of hours for a fixed fee, at PK Creative Images there were no set hours, Peter and Dan started when we asked them to and they left when they wanted to – in the end they were with us for 13 hours, they left with our guests and our wedding photos not only capture the moment they tell a story of our day from beginning to end. Neither photographers were bossy or in the way, in fact we forgot they were there for parts of the evening – Our guests even commented on his. For the price we also received a USB drive containing all of the photos taken (both in high resolution for printing and low resolution for social media) and 2 large metallic prints.

Our wedding ceremony and Reception was held at Caversham House. We could not fault the level of service, the food was incredible and the grounds stunning…a great backdrop for our wedding photos. We would highly recommend Caversham House to anyone looking for an elegant, classy wedding venue that delivers every time!

After watching Father of the Bride as a young girl, it has always been a dream of mine to have a string quartet and walk down the aisle to Canon in D Major by Johann Pachelbel. It was perfect and really set the mood for the elegant wedding we wanted to create. The music we picked for walking out of the ceremony as man and wife was the theme song to Star Wars. We picked this because of Matt’s love for Star Wars which we decided to keep a secret from our family and friends – the look on their faces was a picture as it reflected Matt and I perfectly (a classical version of Star Wars) and it really lightened the mood for the fun celebrations we had ahead of us.
