You still make the fun decisions. We handle the research, negotiations, follow-ups and fiddly details required to bring them together.

How does Planned work?

It begins with a relaxed, no-obligation discovery call covering the essentials: your preferred location, wedding style, guest count, budget and what you have already organised.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed vision. You might have a Pinterest board bursting with ideas, a venue already booked or little more than a wedding date in mind. Your planner will meet you wherever you are in the process.

From there, they will help you turn those ideas into a realistic plan.

If you are starting from scratch, your planner can develop a venue shortlist and guide you through the early stages of building your wedding. If your venue is already locked in, they can focus on sourcing and coordinating the suppliers needed to complete your day.

Think photographers, celebrants, florists, entertainment, hair and makeup artists, and all the other people who make a wedding happen. Your planner researches the options, manages enquiries, assists with bookings and negotiations, and keeps everything progressing behind the scenes.

Planned couples may receive VIP perks from participating Easy Weddings suppliers that would not ordinarily be included in a standard booking.

Depending on the supplier, this could mean a complimentary makeup trial, extended photography coverage, upgraded ceremony music or another thoughtful addition to your package.

The exact perks will differ, but the purpose is the same: helping your budget go further while creating a wedding that feels considered and complete.

Support from planning to “I do”

Every Planned journey is customised around your wedding date and how much you have already organised.

Once your key suppliers have been selected, you will have dedicated milestone meetings with your planner. These typically include a seven-month planning call, a three-month check-in and a final meeting with your planner and venue six weeks before the wedding.

You will not disappear into a system between those dates, either. Your planner remains available by phone, SMS and email throughout the process.

For couples who would also like a professional managing the wedding itself, an On-the-Day Planner can be added to the package. They will oversee the details, suppliers and schedule so you can be fully present for the celebration.

What happens if a supplier cancels?

When you book a wedding supplier, you are trusting them with an important part of a day that cannot simply be repeated.

Planned couples are protected by the Easy Weddings Supplier Guarantee. If an Easy Weddings supplier included in your Planned booking cancels or fails to deliver, we will work to replace them immediately, without additional out-of-pocket costs to you.

Choose the level of support you need

Planned by Easy Weddings currently offers two planning packages:

• The Complete Plan: $1,980 including GST
• Supplier Essentials: $1,320 including GST

An On-the-Day Planner can also be added for $2,750.

You can begin working with your Planned expert as soon as you become engaged, allowing them to support you from venue sourcing onwards. Or you can come to us once your venue has been booked and you are ready to assemble the rest of your supplier team.

There is no single correct moment to ask for help. The best time is whenever wedding planning starts taking more time, energy or headspace than you want to give it.
