Here at The Brighton Savoy our special wedding packages are all inclusive of catering, tables and chairs.  

Based on your guests numbers, we have a selection of venue rooms for you to choose from.

Our special packages also include:

• Sit down 3 or 4 course meal
• Hot and Cold selection of Savouries
• Beverages from our selected De Bortoli Willowglen range (Sparkling, White, Red) and Beer selection
• A Hostess to overview your function and act as a Master of Ceremonies (MC) if required
• Elevated and Decorated Bridal Table with a Central Floral arrangement
• A selection of 3 Guest Table Centerpieces including Candelabras, Tea Lighting, Round Mirror centerpieces
• White Linen Tableclothes and Serviettes
• The cutting and serving of your wedding cake with Coffee, Tea and After Dinner Mints
• A Honeymoon Suite Package which includes a Deluxe Bay View Suite, Breakfast in bed for two and a bottle of De Bortoli Willowglen Sparkling

Our venue rooms are open for viewing almost every Saturday & Sunday between 12noon – 5.00pm, no appointment necessary as there is always one of our wedding team on hand to meet and get to know you better & answer any questions you may have.

At Kingsford Homestead, we offer a venue hire fee for use of the property with no accommodation, or when accommodation is booked no venue hire fee applies. Our wedding packages are inclusive of all catering, equipment, staff, tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery & glassware. We then offer either a BYO beverage option, or a beverage package. The only additional costs to this are marquees, lighting, styling, hire toilets (if required) and a generator (dependant on power requirements). We hope this helps :)

At Riverside Ranch Retreat our venue prices do not include catering, tables or chairs. We offer a suppliers list of local vendors that our guests have successfully worked with.

You will find most venue packages include catering tables and chairs. If you would like a certain style for your wedding, adding a different chair is a simple way achieve this.

The venue hire includes, the furniture, crockery, linen, cleaning and staff. Please refer to our function package for food and beverage options and costings.

Thank you for your enquiry. The Secrets Garden Ceremony area includes a chair for the Bride and Groom with a dressed registry table.  Ten chairs for some of the guests.  Additional chairs are able to be hired at a cost of $5.00 per chair.  An arrangement of fresh flowers will be on the registry table. We include a basic set-up for receptions, which includes a white cloth, cutlery, serviette, glasses, salt & pepper and bud vase.  Table will be laid out according to your instructions but where there are complicated decoration requirements an additional charge based on time applies or most people hire an event stylist.

Also a welcome drink in the Secret Garden inclusive of sparkling mineral water, Secrets punch or soft drinks and background music.  Guests are to remain in this area until the ceremony and are not to wander through the grounds if not Secrets guests. As for catering this is not included in the venue cost, this is seperate as is the accommodation.

Catered venues such as a restaurant or hotel would usually include tables and chairs etc. in all packages - however it is always best to double check. Most wedding packages should outline all inclusions. If you are just hiring a hall or marquee for a DIY wedding this is when furniture is most often needed to be considered as an extra. Best call of action is to speak to the co-ordinator directly and ask them what you are expected to provide in regards to set up (will they set your decorations or do you need to organise that also)?
