Accommodation is available onsite, sleeping up to eight people comfortably. For your guests, motels and apartments are available in the nearby Yamba. A gorgeous master suite serves as the perfect place to get ready before the ceremony.

Our live music curfew is 10:30 pm. After 10:30 pm, we invite guests to use our outdoor sound system to enjoy their own recorded music.
Yes, we set the bonfire for you. We are only restricted if a fire ban is in place due to extremely dry weather, or if there are high winds.
Yes we have 2 bar areas, one overlooking the river, as well as a bar in the Moondance Saloon reception area.
We do not permit camping on the premises. There are several camping options located within a 5 minute drive.
Yes, there are two local bus hire companies. Buses can transport up to 57 passengers.

A MUST DO! We've found couples repeatedly say our venue is better than the website and video, yet often they say this is not the case. With the financial outlay for your venue, if you cannot visit at least have a family member or close friend visit and take photos. Also couples have booked with us because they have felt comfortable meeting us and discovering our casual, relaxed attitude.

We notice more and more of our couples opt for cocktail style catering combined with a few tables and chairs (to seat approx 40). Share entree and dessert platters make it easy for grazing in a cocktail style reception. Due to the vibe of our outdoor rustic venue a cocktail style reception suits our more casual atmosphere. Yet couples are still choosing sit down dining even if they hire food trucks, ie. gourmet pizza, paella, gnochhi, etc.
