Immerse is located in the picturesque Yarra Valley – around an hour from the CBD and the airport – but galaxies away from the stresses of everyday life. Sweeping vistas of the vineyard, ornamental lake and glorious gardens create images that ensure memories of your wedding will last a lifetime.
Our Beautiful Chapels
Our romantic chapel with soaring ceilings and stone floor is nestled amongst the vines and has sweeping views of the vineyard through stunning floor to ceiling windows. Our gorgeous Garden Chapel is fully covered with open sides and is situated next to a large ornamental lake and glorious rose gardens.
Outstanding Food and Wine
We are proud that the Immerse Restaurant has been in the Age GoodFood Guide since 2008 and we have our award winning wines to match.
Boutique, On-site Accommodation
Immerse has 20 boutique rooms all of which are just a short stroll from the restaurant. Our Deluxe Bridal Suite is considered to be one of the finest in the Yarra Valley and is the perfect place to spend your wedding night.

FAQ
We love having your puppies come celebrate your big day :) They are allowed in the chapel & all over the grounds.
Unfotunatley we do not have a BYO licence, however if you have a drink in mind please let one of the wedding team know.
We do not leave any alcohol on the tables as we do full tables service.

'Wedding season' is generally the most popoular times of year to get married. It can also be known as 'peak season' or 'high season'. This time of year is usually between October - May.
The Yarra Valley can look very different at different times of year, so it's always worth checking out lots of photos from all different times of year to see what you like best :)
