My dress was Maggie Sottero and I absolutely loved it! It was a unique design (I hadn't seen anything similar) and got lots of compliments on it on the day. The customer service from Fairytales was great on the day I went to try dresses on - the staff were lovely and made the day special. However, once I had ordered the dress, the communication disappeared. My dress was over 8 weeks late and I only received updates when I kept calling - no proactive communication. In the end, the process was highly stressful, to the point where I had to look into purchasing another dress off the rack from somewhere else.

I loved the experience at Bridesmaids Dressing Room - being able to try on all the dresses in different colours/sizes was so helpful. The ordering process was easy. The communication wasn't great before pick-up - I had to call a few times before being able to confirm a pick-up date and time.

The staff at Menzclub Eastland were great! Made the experience super fun for my partner and his groomsmen. They altered the suits quickly and were very responsive when we contacted them. Very reasonably priced as well.

The staff at Immerse were amazing! They made the whole process super smooth and gave us suggestions where needed, whilst also encouraging us to personalise the day. They allowed us extra time to decide whether we would have the ceremony indoors or outdoors. On the night, they were super proactive when serving drinks to tables, and everyone commented how fabulous they were!
