Quay Restaurant

We had a wonderful wedding lunch reception at Quay back in February. Surprisingly much more affordable minimum spend compared to similar restaurants. Very thorough planning and detailed documentations of run sheet prior to the wedding and everything ran smoothly on the day. Michi was the manager on the day and she was amazing at putting out any fires and troubleshooting seamlessly with our other vendors. We wanted to make sure our guests had a lovely time at our wedding with good food and amazing view and Quay definitely did not disappoint.

Prompt communication with the Event Manager, Great service and food on the night - my partner and I were so pleased with the reaction from our guests.

Beautiful venue, stunning views and great service. Be mindful to check on their options for special dietary requirements though, I am a vegetarian and found that the vegetarian substitute on my wedding day was not substantial enough and I was still hungry. I also had to pull aside a waitress and she was topping wines up even though the guests have left or no longer wanted drinks. We ended up wasting a lot of money on alcohol that was not consumed, and safe to say it was not cheap. I recommend instructing the waitstaff or function coordinator to inform staff to ask guests if they would like a top up on drinks. We paid for alcohol on consumption so I was a bit annoyed with that. My guests liked the food and enjoyed themselves though.
