Indeed, Eva is undoubtedly process-driven, but we're not sure about being mad; for someone who organises weddings for a living, she's exceptionally relaxed and calm under pressure.

This is why Eva, a professional event planner with almost 10 years of experience, got into wedding planning in the first place: to help couples orchestrate the happiest day of their lives without a hint of stress.

What happens if there is a change in Covid Mandates and my wedding has to be postponed?

With the ever-changing mandates behind Covid, Wander is flexible to ensure that all our clients get the wedding of their dreams.

If the wedding is postponed, Wander will work closely with our clients to find a date that would be suitable for both parties.

Do you have a Plan B if you have to isolate yourself due to Covid and cannot physically make it for our wedding day?

We're wedding planners - of course, we have a Plan B!

Wander is proud to be a part of a strong community of event professionals in Perth. Additionally, we have great relationships with experienced Wedding Planners and Coordinators who will be able to stand in if I have to self isolate.

I will still complete all other tasks, including any run sheet and briefing document preparations, and will remain the main point of contact for all your vendors in the days leading up to your wedding day. However, on the day itself, while I will still be available over the phone until the end of the night, I will hand over the reins to the coordinator who will act as my eyes and ears on the ground.

What is Wander's Covid-19 Policy?

With the ever-increasing number of Covid cases in WA and the reopening of our borders, it's important that Wander implements a Covid Plan. This plan will be in place from the 1st of March 2022 and will be reviewed at the start of 2023.

If I or any member of my team is exposed to the virus, we will have to isolate and run the risk of not being able to fulfil our role at your wedding or event.

To reduce our exposure and ensure that we can be there for you on your special day, Wander will be implementing the following;

Pause on in-person meetings
New client consults and existing client meetings will be done online via MS Teams or FaceTim
All other communications will be done via phone, text, or email.
Site visits are scheduled on a case by case basis

No weddings or events booked on consecutive weeks
The team is at high risk of exposure so bt allowing at least 2 weeks between bookings, we reduce the risk of disappointing our clients by allowing for time to isolate where required, without affecting the next event.

Self Isolation before the Wedding or Event
The team will self isolate during the week leading up to the wedding or event to reduce the risk of exposure

Self-Administered RATs
The team will test prior to the start of the event
The team will est 2 days after the event to ensure we haven't been exposed and if we have, that the right measures can be taken prior to the next event

Team Wander will stay masked up throughout the wedding or event

Eva is amazing and she assisted me to plan my dream proposal with a package plus set up inclusive of decorations, flowers, balloons, booking of limo, etc . Eva and team were AMAZING!! Is there anything she doesn’t do?! She swooped in during the last few months of planning and ensured every vendor was on the same page, checked in with me often to see how I was going, even reminded me of appointments I had booked!! Come wedding day, she ironed out any hiccups, and stayed until majority of the clean up was done, wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. What an amazing business you have Eva, highly highly recommend Wander & Co. So much weight lifted off my shoulders after our first meeting 🙌🏼 I cannot speak highly enough of this business.

We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Eva and the Wander and Co team. Thank you so much for listening to our vision and bringing it all to life. Eva was a pleasure to deal with, she always made herself available to discuss ideas and changes to plans throughout the whole process. Eva helped us stick to our budget and always had plenty of ideas when it came to decor, vendors, scheduling etc. Our special day would not have run as smoothly without her and the team. Wander and Co really did take a lot of the stress out of wedding planning for us. We really got to enjoy our special day with our guests as the Wander team took care of all the coordinating on the day and made sure everything ran to schedule.
