Planning a wedding is never easy – yet when we started we thought we didn’t need a wedding co-ordinator. After some stressful times 9 months out with a change of venue, we decided to look into getting someone to help. Aimee was recommended to us by one of our vendors and after our first phone call with Aimee we knew she was a perfect match. From her organisation of the venue change and constant communication with us (even just checking in to make sure we were going okay) and the vendors, everything couldn’t have run smoother. She was amazing in the setup of the wedding and it was exactly what we wanted! Everything was so well organised and she just made it all so simple for us. The week of the wedding was made stress free as we knew Aimee had it all under control and we had complete trust in her. She definitely took the stress away from us! For those who think they don’t need a wedding co-ordinator, I’d definitely recommend you reconsider and get in touch with Aimee at Timeless Events. Thank you Aimee for making our day so perfect!

Aimee for wonderful from day one! She contacted us for a chat less than 1 day after we first contacted her and we immediately knew we’d made the right decision. We contracted Aimee as an ‘on the day’ coordinator, but she did so much more than that description gives her credit for! We met with her a few times at the venue and she gave us lots of ideas for decoration and the running of the day. She ended up saving us a lot of time, money and stress! Aimee responded very quickly to any of our questions and nothing was ever a trouble for her. She was so organised and no detail was forgotten! On the day, we entered our venue and it was exactly what we’d hoped for (and more). Thank you Aimee, for making our day so beautiful and stress free.

I could honestly go on forever how wonderful Aimee from Timeless events is. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and of course one to remember! She made us feel so comfortable and made sure that we were happy with everything every step of the way for our big day. We couldn’t have done it without Aimee. Thank you soo much for helping us through! We honestly can’t thank you enough for everything! Indeed the reception looked sooo stunning and something we couldn’t imagine. And thank you for placing all the ceremony flowers in the reception. Nothing has gone to waste. I think everything went very quick though, something we can’t prevent hahaha.
