Planning a wedding is never easy – yet when we started we thought we didn’t need a wedding co-ordinator. After some stressful times 9 months out with a change of venue, we decided to look into getting someone to help. Aimee was recommended to us by one of our vendors and after our first phone call with Aimee we knew she was a perfect match. From her organisation of the venue change and constant communication with us (even just checking in to make sure we were going okay) and the vendors, everything couldn’t have run smoother. She was amazing in the setup of the wedding and it was exactly what we wanted! Everything was so well organised and she just made it all so simple for us. The week of the wedding was made stress free as we knew Aimee had it all under control and we had complete trust in her. She definitely took the stress away from us! For those who think they don’t need a wedding co-ordinator, I’d definitely recommend you reconsider and get in touch with Aimee at Timeless Events. Thank you Aimee for making our day so perfect!

We recently had our wedding at Araluen Estate and from the moment we walked into Araluen, it was absolutely stunning. We had been dealing with a different venue previously that had organisation issues, Erin and the team were polar opposites. They were so organised and accommodating, and it just felt like it was meant to be. The venue is gorgeous, from the ceremony down towards the lake and the reception up on the terrace: it was all picture perfect. All our guests commented on how stunning the venue was, and how good the food was! Araluen exceeded our expectations and would 1000% recommend to anyone getting married. We can’t thank Erin and her team enough!
