RJ Bentley provides live wedding music and DJ entertainment, performing solo or as a brother-sister duo. From acoustic ceremony songs to reception sing-alongs and dance tracks, he shapes the music around your style and schedule.

Setup without interruptions:

• Three performance spaces: Equipment is set up and sound-checked before guests arrive, with no need to pack down and move gear between the ceremony, canapés and reception.
• Battery-powered audio: Ceremony and canapés systems suit beaches, gardens and other locations without mains power.
• Sound and lighting included: All packages include professional sound equipment and dance floor lighting.

Choose your sound:

• Solo: Fingerpicked acoustic guitar and vocals for the ceremony, upbeat canapés music with dual-foot percussion, and textured dinner arrangements. Chorus, delay, octave and synth effects build a fuller “one-man band” sound for reception sing-alongs.
• Brother-sister duo: Male and female vocal harmonies, with cajon, stomp and tambourine for canapés. An electronic drum kit with kick and hi-hat pedals adds live party rock to the reception. A DJ finale remains available.
• Your song choices: Pick from RJ’s live repertoire, share a playlist for the DJ set or leave the selections to him. RJ can also learn special requests for your ceremony, first dance and other milestone moments.

1. Ceremony & Canapés

Up to 3 hours of performance time

• Pre-ceremony: 30 minutes of solo fingerpicked acoustic guitar and vocals as guests arrive.
• Ceremony: Live songs for your aisle walk, two signing tracks and recessional.
• Canapés: 90 minutes of upbeat live acoustic music.
• Duo upgrade: Adds female vocal harmonies, cajon, stomp and tambourine.

2. Reception Dinner & Dance

Up to 5 hours, with extensions available

• Dinner: Up to 3 hours of live music, building from textured acoustic arrangements to a fuller one-man-band sound.
• Special dances: Live first dance and father-daughter or mother-son dance, with recorded versions available if preferred.
• Dance floor: A 2-hour DJ set mixed live and incorporating your playlist selections. This can be replaced with live music.
• Duo upgrade: Adds female vocals, harmonies and electronic drums, with the option of a 2-hour live party rock set instead of the DJ set.

3. The Ultimate Wedding Experience

Up to 8 hours

• Pre-ceremony and ceremony: A 30-minute arrival set, followed by live songs for your aisle walk, signing and recessional.
• Canapés: 90 minutes of live music.
• Reception: Up to 5 hours of live music and DJ coverage across dinner and dancing.
• Custom songs: Your chosen ceremony or first-dance songs learned and performed live.
• Audio guestbook included: A vintage telephone lets guests record voice messages throughout the reception, creating an audio keepsake.
• 24-inch interactive screen included: During the DJ set, guests can scan in to request songs, upload reception photos and send scrolling messages to the couple.
• Optional MC upgrade: RJ hosts your formalities and keeps the schedule on track.
• Duo upgrade: Male and female vocal arrangements, electronic drums and your choice of a 2-hour live party rock set or DJ finale.
