No. Although we offer great accommodation rates for the wedding party and guests, there is no obligation to book accommodation as part of the wedding package.
Yes. We offer packages for ceremony or reception only. You will find greater benefit combining both, but the choice is yours!
Yes. We can arrange a ceremony and/or photo shoot to take place on our beautiful 18-hold golf course (will depend on time of day). You will need to hire buggies.
No. The Resort is not a BYO licensed venue, but do check out our affordable drinks packages which can be tailored to suit.
Yes. We would recommend one of our Penthouses or go all out and book the Presidential Suite.
The beautifully appointed Presidential Suite combines a large private balcony featuring an 8 person Spa, a private bedroom with a king bed, dining area with an 8 seater dining table, a living area with a twin sofa bed, premium lounge suite and uninterrupted golf course, pool and Kooralbyn Valley views.

Ramada Resort Kooralbyn Valley is located in the heart of the Scenic Rim, just over an hours travel from both Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Major airports:
Brisbane - 1 hour 20 mins drive southwest
Gold Coast - 1 hour 30 mins drive northwest
The resort also has an airstrip and helipad should you wish to fly in.
Located in a semi-rural area, no public transport is available. However please contact us for private coach transfers if required.
There is plenty of free guest parking available at the Resort.
Yes. Children are welcome at Ramada Resort Kooralbyn Valley. There are plenty of fun activities for kids including putt-putt, boating, horse riding and more. Not to mention lots of wallabies hopping around!
Yes. We can assist with several WOW-factor arrival options, including riding in on a horse or a helicopter!
Yes, special rates are made available to all wedding guests for all room types.
Should you choose an outdoor ceremony venue, we will also reserve our covered deck in front of Lilies Restaurant & Bar as your wet weather back up.
Our packages do offer some flexibility, however in the case that the packages are not suitable we can customise a package to meet your requirements and budget.
Yes please, appointments are preferred. When you book a private appointment with us, we dedicate our time to you and only you. This way, all our couples receive the same amount of dedicated time from us to view the venue, go through available dates and talk about menus. We take the time to answer all your questions so you leave the resort happy and content that you have booked your big day with us! You are under no obligation to book should you request a tour.

Hi there. Can we get a basic idea of who goes on what tables at the reception? Is there an “order” to who sits closest to the front and the bridal table? Would love some ideas for groupings. Thanks.

Thanks for your question. Traditionally family members sit closest to the bridal table and then as you move back in the seating plan you sit your closest friends. Where you seat guests is completely up to you.

Do you have a Wedding Venue with an all inclusive package?
Hello! We are looking to get married in October 2020. At this time Australia is on the top of the list for the destination wedding. However, we live in LA and with our busy lives will not be able to make it to AU to plan the event, thus are looking for an all inclusive venue with a wedding planner. We estimate 80 -100 guests. Our most important items are 1.) beach or waterfront view 2.) A range of prices for accommodations, 3.) Transportation to/from the venue for guests and 4.) Dance! Dance!
