Les Mélomanes "The Music Lovers" is a treat for the senses, covering a diverse range of artists from the legendary Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra to contemporary pop from Duo Lipa and Harry Styles. This stunning jazz quartet comprises of Sydney-based saxophonist Dave Bell, guitarist Nathan Gliddon, pianist Wes Harder & drummer Matthew Bell and provides the perfect atmosphere for any occasion.

About
David Bell is a Sydney based Saxophonist, Arranger and Educator. He graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (Bachelor of Music - Jazz Performance) in 2006. David has performed with international artists The Temptations, Jamie Oliver (Celebrity Chef) and Leo Sayer as well as Australian artists Mark Vincent, Grace Knight, Melissa Madden Gray) Oh Mercy and Todd McKenney. David has recorded for Olivia Newton John / John Farnham, Seekae and T.V show Home and Away.

Live bands have a unique energy that can’t necessarily be replicated by a DJ. A live band can also provide a closer and more personnel experience for guests. Les Mélomanes are all professional musicians and will be better able to tailor the volume, tempo, and tone of the music to suit the needs of your event.
Yes, we are happy to play / learn a special song for the bride and groom.
We will generally play between thirty minutes and one hour for each "set" of music that we play. We will play up to 4 sets over the course of a single event.
None!! We are totally acoustic and our amplifiers are battery powered. We are totally mobile and can play literally anywhere.
A 2m x 2m square is all the space we need.
We will mostly play songs from our repertoire list . We are also happy to learn a few "special" songs for your big day and are also happy to take requests from our repertoire list if there are songs that you would like us to play or avoid playing.
