From a family of cooks, I grew up in a country town in the Hunter Valley where my lifelong passion for good food began.
I began my cake business in 1990 in a little one bedroom flat. I used to walk up a steep hill to hand deliver my cakes to the local cafe owners.
Over 20 years have passed but my devotion to my business hasn't changed. I still have the same commitment to food and love for what I do.
It's simple really – I just love to cook!
No wedding is too big or too small for us. We've successfully catered intimate sit down dinners of ten to organising a lavish cocktail party menu for 500 guests.
