Amazing service, could not recommend them enough. From start to finish, there was communication, service and flexibility, especially since it rained on our wedding day. The Kombi Keg are prepared for any scenario or last minute changes at your venue. All our guests said how fun and unique it was to pour their own drinks from this vintage van. We can't wait to have another event with the Kombi Keg.

Do we need to cater meals for our wedding suppliers?

Hi there. Wondering if we're supposed to cater meals for our wedding suppliers, and which suppliers are typically included? Need to factor into our budget.

Kombi Keg Mobile Bar Sydney

We are a mobile bar service, often at the same event for up to 12 hours. The locations we travel to are usually quite remote and there is no where to grab a bite to eat. Whilst we don't have any contract witten to say we require meals (and we never expect or ask to be fed on the day), we find it's always offered to us on the day which we really appreciate and value very much! It's a really nice gesture and it helps us keepour strength up to ensure you have a great bar experience!

As a licensed mobile bar caterer, I hope this advice helps...

Find out how much the bar caterer can supply vs what you will need to supply. Some mobile bar caterers are BYO only which means they provide the staff/equipment but you need to supply to drinks/alcohol, ice etc - if this suits you then great but it can create alot of extra work for you to have to buy alcohol and deliver it to the venue and keep it pre-chilled before the bar arrives. If you're looking for a more inclusive and hassle-free option, choose a vendor that is fully licenced and able to offer everything from drinks/alcohol to ice, to glassware etc - it will make your day so much more stress free!
