About
Chef Gene is a Le Cordon Bleu qualified chef who has worked at various restaurants including Sake Restaurant & Bar (The Rocks), The Boat House (Shelly Beach) and Lachlans Old Government House (Parramatta). He has extensive function experience and has headed the team for events such as TropFest 2018. We pride ourselves on creating new, exciting and unique menus for each events and source where possible seasonal and sustainable produce.

A. We would recommend 6-8 with two substantials and two sweet options
A. Absolutely, we are happy to arrange a food tasting at a time and place convenient to you.
A. Grazing tables are a fabulous way to cater to all manner of dietary requirements as there are so many options to be included in a grazing table and we are happy to work with you to ensure these are all catered to.
Rather than being a "tick and flick" caterer that offers package A, B & C we work individuallywith each couple to create a menu that is unique and special to them,based around personal preferance, flavours, dietaries and themes. Menu's range from $60.00pp to $110.00pp depending on your menu selection, seasonality of produce and availablity. We are very focused on using locally grown produce with an emphasis of sustainability and ethically sourced ingredients.

We provide a full service which includes full table setting (crockery, cutlery, glassware, napery, table clothes and decorations) or only the items you need.
