My love of food came from the influence of my husband when we met in New York. Starting from simple dinner parties to impress the elite of New York to where we are today a team of two experienced chefs catering for weddings, corporate functions, anniversaries & birthdays to name a few. From 2 people to 500 people!
We have always had family run businesses starting in 1989 with an Italian cafe the Milano bar, a cake & cookie business for 10 years & now a catering business and full time cafe for the past 12 years.
Our teams consist of two experienced chefs one of which is my dear husband. He has 38 years’ experience starting as a French chef working all around the world on a plethora of cuisines before meeting him in New York. Our extended team of friendly catering staff work so well with us and it is always professional and smooth running.
We can assist with all aspects of your function including catering, floral arrangements, cakes & beverage packages. We also cater for all dietary requirements, can travel within 100km of Sydney and we are able to adapt to any venue.
