If you're interested in hiring Spanish catering, I highly recommend Spicy Catering. We hired them for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the food. All our guests loved the different paellas served at the reception (seafood, chicken and vegetarian), and also the canapes during the cocktail time, and the dessert (amazing crema catalana and Basque cheesecake!). As a Spanish person living in Sydney for almost ten years, their paella is definitely the best paella I've tried in Australia. And I can confidently say (and my Spanish family also agreed on this) that you would have to go to a very good restaurant in Spain to try a paella this good. Very important. Spicy catering didn't have any problem at all to accommodate their menu to those guests with different dietary requirements.

Julian (the owner) and his team catered and bartended at our remote-based hunter wedding and we couldn’t rate them highly enough. The service was exceptional - from our very first phone call Julian was professional, showed attention to detail, and importantly made us feel calm that he had it covered. Anyone who plans a wedding knows, it’s stressful. But not with this team. At first, I had doubts that the food wouldn’t be ‘fancy enough’ for a wedding, but I was so wrong. It looked and tasted amazing. Every guest (even the ‘foodies’:) raved about the delicious grazing table, the tapas and the paella. Guests also loved watching the team prepare the paella, it gave the evening a little extra flair. Julian was trustworthy, fair and went well above anything we could have asked for. Great choice for a couple who want something a little special at their wedding

What an EPIC crew at Spicy Catering. Julian and team have outdone themselves in creating a magical feast for our wedding. From a seafood bar, paella, canapes and freshly made churros. Everything was so delicious!! All our guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was and how nice the team was 💖 we can't thank you enough! Highly recommended for your next event!!
