If you're interested in hiring Spanish catering, I highly recommend Spicy Catering. We hired them for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the food. All our guests loved the different paellas served at the reception (seafood, chicken and vegetarian), and also the canapes during the cocktail time, and the dessert (amazing crema catalana and Basque cheesecake!). As a Spanish person living in Sydney for almost ten years, their paella is definitely the best paella I've tried in Australia. And I can confidently say (and my Spanish family also agreed on this) that you would have to go to a very good restaurant in Spain to try a paella this good. Very important. Spicy catering didn't have any problem at all to accommodate their menu to those guests with different dietary requirements.
