We were lucky enough to have Julian and his team cater our wedding in the Hunter Valley and they were truly above and beyond any expectations we could have had. The level of service and quality of food was second to none. All of our guests had commented on how efficient and unimposing the team were, and everyone always had a drink or something to eat which meant they were able to socialise and enjoy the night. I was the only vegetarian at the wedding which was no problem for Julian at all, he was amazing and put in the extra effort to make sure I always had a vegetarian option!
