Julian and his crew were amazing! Easy to communicate, thorough, and flexible. My whole family were raving about the paella! They use authentic ingredients from Spain such as the paprika, bomba rice, chorizo, and sofrito. The seafood too were fresh and top quality! The paella station made our event special! It was a great decision to opt for a casual dinner service such as this. It made a relaxed atmosphere at the party.
