Sophancy Cakes provide custom designed cakes of all shapes and sizes, as well as cupcakes and cake pops that will captivate and delight you and your guests. We will work with you to design and create the cake of your dreams for the most magical day of your life. Sophancy Cakes always works with the customer to the degree they wish to be involved - from full involvement and making the exact design you have, or giving us a little more room for creativity and building upon a few ideas or themes.
Sophancy Cakes takes great pride in the taste of our cakes, All cakes are baked fresh with the finest ingredients; so not only do they look amazing, but taste great too - Beware, you may not have any spare after the event!!
Cake tastings can be arranged as necessary, with the tasting cost being deductible from the final cake price if booked on the day.

Hi I'm Sophie! I am the sole designer/baker of Sophancy Cakes. I have been making cakes for over 10 years - starting as self taught, and progressing through various course to build on my skills - including a two week course at Planet Cakes. I absolutely love creating cakes or special events, especially wedding cakes (so much so that I am making my own this year!! Seeing the smiles on my customers faces (and their guests when I have the chance) when they see and eat the cake is the best feeling!

We recommomend as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. Peak wedding season gets booked quite far in advance. Clients usually book 3-10 months in advance for wedding cakes, and 2-3 moths for any other occasion cakes. A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required, however we can make exeptions in special/difficult circumstances, so please contact us to see what we can do for you!
A quote does not secure your booking - your date is only secured once a deposit has been paid
Absolutely! Sophancy Cakes offers free cake tasting for those who book their cake on or before the tasting!
*booking requires 50% deposit
Yes we do! We offer a huge range of flavours, and combinations. A tasting can be arranged (which becomes free of charge if you book your cake with us on or before the tasting day).
Some couples choose to have different flavour combinations for each tier to give variety when served on dessert platters or alternate serve etc.

Yes we do! We offer delivery to various areas of NSW - prices and availabilities subject to the location required, and as approved by us. If we are able to deliver to your location, we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address, at the approved time.
*delivery time may vary from agreed time due to conditions outisde out control (e.g. traffic).
Sophancy Cakes offers a delivery service that will guarantee an order arrives in pristine conition. We will repair or remedy any damages, should something ocur in transit, to the best possible outcome.
Customers must ensure a person is available to receive a delivery during the time-slot chosen - cakes will not be delivered to a venue without an approved person available on site to receive the cake. Once the procudt i deliver and received by an authorised person, Sophancy Cakes releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. Refunds will not be made for the order once delivery has been accepted.

Of course! Pick up location is in Sydney's north-west (Kellyville). Pick up arrangements will be made upon bookin.
Once a cake has been pick up by an approved person, Sophancy Cakes releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. Refund will not be made once the cake has been taken by the cutomer.
