Natasha has fallen in love with sweets since early age when her parents often took her to buy street pancake. She was always captivated by how it was produced. Growing up, she majored in the Advance Diploma of Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and worked at some of Sydney's most-renowned patisseries, such as Adriano Zumbo and Blackstar. She, however, has never felt a flourishing passion and bigger joy than expressing arts through cakes and desserts. She named her joy FLOURETTE.
