Hi! My name is Diana!

I am a self confessed sweet tooth and passionate about anything cake! My loved ones affectionately refer to this passion as more of an “obsession”. Holding more than 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, cakes and desserts have been a little more than just a calling.

Spending countless hours in books,practice, tutorials and workshops. I have refine my skills so that I can deliver multiple styles and techniques to create special centrepieces to celebrate your wedding with.

I take massive pride in delivering on taste as well as looks, the carefully selected menu of most popular combinations are not just limited to that, should you have a special request I am more than happy to cater to your needs.

Being an owner/operator, I am in entire control of all aspects of creating your cake, so rest assured from baking to decorating I will ensure that you receive the very best we can create! We can also supply edible bombonieres, custom sugar cookies and cupcakes that can be packaged as sweet thank you gifts for your guests to take home, these have been increasingly popular choice among couples, because who doesn’t love a sweet gift?!

I’ve made it my mission to tempt even the most adamant “non dessert lovers” into sugar fiends. I create desserts that make you rethink whether you really want that summer body, cakes that make you question the whole “sharing is caring” mantra, and cookies that will bring out the little blue monster in you.
