You will get personalised service from Simone from the very first email or phone call. Simone works with all types of icings, fondant, buttercream and chocolate so your choice of designs is endless. How many tiers is normal?

The size of the cake really depends on how many people you are having, if you are serving the cake as dessert of finger slices and if you want to keep the top tier, if you supply your cake artist with this information they will recommend what they think would be best for you.
