The team from the W Brisbane were excellent to deal with in the planning and holding of our wedding. Our introduction meeting was better than most of the other venues we spoke to as the W events planner had prepared a good briefing of what is offered and all of the options available. We also walked through the venue and got a feel for how the day would look and feel. The only constructive feedback I would give is having a mobile number to contact to improve communication at times but this was generally very good.
