Wedding Weightloss

I'm a changed woman, thanks to my personal trainer, Dean! Both my husband and I hired Dean's services for 9 months before our wedding and we were both extremely happy with the results! My husband lost a lot of weight but got stronger. I wanted to maintain my weight but get stronger and fitter and that's exactly what happened! Because we were training, we also started eating healthier too. We trained twice a week after work with Dean and he was able to tailor the exercises to each of our needs, goals, and abilities. It was great having someone push us and give us targets to meet. It was also important that he showed us the correct techniques and also provided great nutritional advice we wouldn't have otherwise known! Having our weight and measurements monitored every few weeks gave us motivation to keep training as we could start to see the results. I highly recommend it! I lost 6kg in just 6 weeks and I really enjoyed (I normally hate exercising so this was a big thing for me) Dean is a fantastic personal trainer and it was the best thing I could have done. I was able to by my dream wedding dress in a size 8 too. Not only did look better but I felt so much better for it too!
