I highly recommend it! I lost 6kg in just 6 weeks and I really enjoyed (I normally hate exercising so this was a big thing for me) Dean is a fantastic personal trainer and it was the best thing I could have done. I was able to by my dream wedding dress in a size 8 too. Not only did look better but I felt so much better for it too!
