Writing We had our wedding at Farm Vigano and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The entire day was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. A special mention to Liliana, the event manager — she was brilliant. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and genuine care made the whole day run seamlessly. She went above and beyond anything we expected. The staff and waiters were equally outstanding — attentive, caring, and impeccable at their jobs. Every guest felt looked after, and the service was flawless throughout. The food and drinks were exceptional, especially the La Dolce Vita package — everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and plentiful. Our guests are still talking about it! Everything came together perfectly, and it made our day incredibly special. We honestly cannot recommend Farm Vigano highly enough!

From start to finish, Tim from Timeless Wedding Entertainment was absolutely incredible. His communication in the lead-up to the wedding was seamless, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran perfectly. On the day, he exceeded all expectations. The music flowed effortlessly through the reception, and he created such an amazing atmosphere. He read the room perfectly and kept the dance floor full all night, our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! If you’re looking for a DJ who is reliable, easy to work with, and knows exactly how to keep the party going, we couldn’t recommend Tim highly enough.

The music was absolutely perfect for every part of the day. The ceremony created such a beautiful atmosphere it really set the tone and allowed guests to relax, chat, and enjoy the moment. The song for walking down the aisle was exactly what we had asked for, which made it even more special. During dinner, the live singing was incredible. The song choices were spot on relaxed and easy to listen to while eating, but still engaging and far from boring. It added such a lovely vibe to the evening. After the formalities, the energy shifted seamlessly into party mode. The dance floor music was perfect, with a great mix of both newer hits and classic favourites that kept everyone up and dancing. We also had so many compliments throughout the night, and they all highlighted him guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing he was. Both his singing and his music choices as a DJ were constantly praised. Overall, the music was flawless from start to finish and truly made the day unforgettable.

We had both our ceremony and reception at Ballara and it was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The gardens and chapel created such a beautiful setting for the ceremony, and the reception space was just as stunning. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the day. A special thank you to our coordinators, Tanya and Julie, who were both incredible throughout the whole process. They were so organised, helpful, and supportive, making sure every detail was taken care of and that the day flowed perfectly. Their calm and professional approach made a huge difference and gave us so much confidence leading up to the wedding. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food and service were. We’re so grateful to the Ballara team for helping create such a memorable and seamless wedding day for us.

Communication with Daniel was quick, responsive & easy to understand, it was 100% worth the time and effort to find a violinist for my ceremony. Elisha was amazing! She felt the energy of the wedding & created music to fit it. She was kind & my guests loved seeing a violinist at the ceremony. We cannot thank the team enough for creating such an extraordinary and seamless wedding experience for us. From our very first enquiry through to the final moments of the evening, everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Christine Hinson was an absolute delight from the outset. She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the booking process. Her thoughtful (and pressure-free) note that another couple was considering our date helped us make our decision with confidence. She answered every question with patience and warmth, and we’re so grateful for her support in securing our date for what was quite a bespoke celebration. About six months before the wedding, Lana stepped in as our Event Sales Manager and she was truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too difficult, and she worked closely with us to bring every detail to life. Her organisation, responsiveness and calm guidance made the planning process feel effortless. On the day itself, Abby was wonderful — calm, friendly and solutions-focused (she even managed to source a replacement veil for me just in time for photos!). Later in the evening, Thomas took over and continued that same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Everything ran smoothly, and both he and the wider team ensured every guest felt genuinely looked after. The food deserves special mention. The Head Chef and kitchen team were phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and served at the perfect temperature, with dietary requirements handled thoughtfully and without fuss. Our guests are still talking about the winter pavlova! The children and late-night guests were also catered for so generously, which we truly appreciated. The wait staff were warm, attentive and polished throughout the entire evening. Even the shuttle driver went above and beyond, making additional trips to ensure guests travelling between cars and home were accommodated comfortably. The team, the food, the service and the breathtaking setting all came together to create the most magical day of our lives.

Absolutely amazing to deal with. The music was great - from the acoustic duo for ceremony-early reception to the DJ on the dancefloor. Everyone complimented the music on the night - particularly the song choices of the DJ. They all met our requests perfectly.
