Ballara was the only venue we visited. As soon as we walked through the door we knew it was the venue for us. We absolutely loved the chapel and the grounds are beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble in the lead up to our wedding and all emails were answered promptly. Jan and all other staff were very professional on the day. All dietary requirements were catered for. Even for canapés those guests were given their own plate. My sister is vegan and was very impressed with the food particularly dessert as often she isn’t catered for well and she got a very nice cake. Everyone has said how good the venue and food was. Cannot day enough good things about Ballara

Stu Art Video productions are a great videography group. We were lucky to get Stu and he did not disappoint. He knows how to capture the smaller moments and individual emotions of the day. Stu made us feel relaxed and comfortable without making us feel like we were being recorded. The editing is highly flexible and can be tailored and retailored to suit your style. We received our videos quickly.

They were very helpful in determining time of arrival in the lead up to our wedding. Our driver was very friendly during the drive down and waited to allow us to take photos with the car after the ceremony. Highly recommend.

Years ago a friend who was a guest at a wedding mentioned how INKASOUNDS made the wedding. I stored the name for future reference and didn’t consider anyone else for my wedding. They didn’t disappoint! They learnt new songs for our ceremony and James did a fantastic job as our MC. My favourite part of our video is listening to them play as I walk down the aisle. I was shocked at how many people they managed to get onto the dance floor we hadn’t expected it from our guests. They sent us a massive list of songs to choose from but we also gave them the flexibility to play what they thought suited the room. They adapted well on the evening. Each set suited the requirements- quieter for meals and more upbeat for dancing. Highly recommend!

Lanie did our makeup for my wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. I’d had a bad experience with another makeup artist and booked with less than a month to go to my wedding. When I wanted to make some changes after my first trial she was more than happy to do another so that I was comfortable and not having to worry on the day. She really listened to what I was wanting.

Tina at Moonee Ponds was amazing. Initially I’d wanted a dress with a full skirt but went in willing to try on other styles. She pulled dresses that she knew would suit my figure and listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress ultimately showing me a dress that ticked all the boxes. I also appreciates that she listened to what my budget was and didn’t show me dresses above it. Especially at other stores they kept saying to get what I wanted I needed to spend more.

Sarah was very helpful with producing our invitations, seating chart and table menus. Mock ups were sent quickly and it was never any issue to make changes. Many guests commented on the high quality of our invitations. Everything turned out exactly how I’d hoped.

We bought both our flower girl’s dress and shoes and our ring bearer’’s suit here. The quality of the clothing for the price is incredible and they had so many different choices.
