Anna was fantastic! and you know she's good when your critical mum compliments your hair and make-up artist! Anna has a great vibe and understanding of who she is working with, which made preparing for our wedding so relaxed, smooth-going, and fun. It rained all afternoon and all night, I cried during the ceremony and we danced all night, and when I looked at all my photos, my hair and makeup stayed on point right down to the last photos! love love love! and she also Djs! 3 things that are crucial, hair, makeup, and music, tick tick tick! thank you so making our night so so marvelous!

Very grateful we included accommodation as part of our wedding package. During our preparation meetings, we had the pleasure of meeting Dony, the Hotel Service Manager who ended up taking care of us on our wedding weekend. He helped us arrange welcome drinks for our Bilpin Suite the night before and enjoyed our welcome treats on our wedding night in our complimentary room! We stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious, modern elegant. Our balcony had a view of the Villa Thalgo, we felt like we were in a different country. We're grateful Ally organised rooms for our guests and was so helpful with making changes as we went. Some of our guests stayed over the weekend because it was the school holidays, they loved the indoor pool facilities. We met Stephen the Big Boss quietly securing the venue from flooding without disrupting our stay. Absolutely great service!

We were blessed to work with Kai and Ashleigh who were full of ideas and understood what we were wanting to create for our big day. Ashleigh! Love this girl's promptness in coordinating with my suppliers, everything flowed so well. We got married on day 1 of the July 2022 floods, a lot of rain. Ash took us around the hotel where we can have our plan B wedding photos, absolutely love them! Our guests were amazed and praised the food. We had S.Chef Bibek, recommend! Maryrose and her team always made sure my husband and I ate, and had plenty to drink. Some guests stayed the weekend. Although floodwaters were slowly rising, the front desk and Bar service put us at ease with their great vibes and service, in great hands with Julie, Fubu Sahil, Elysee. Such a fab team, still get excited reminiscing about our big wedding weekend
