Do I need any products to carry with me on the day?

Our artists supply everything from Makeup to Bobbi pins during the initial booking , it would be helpful to carry a matching lipstick to re-apply during the course of the day.

How long does it take to do makeup on my wedding day?

For the bridal party, we allow for one hour to apply Makeup during your booking , and one hour for Hairstyling. For brides we allow in total two hours and thirty minutes to complete her bridal look with room for any changes requested on the day.

How do I make a booking?

Making a booking with us is as simple as calling, emailing or completing our contact form on our website. We will then check availability with our many artists that work for Anna Poshe bridal services for you.

How many people can be catered for on the wedding day?

At Anna Poshe bridal services we can cater for both small and large wedding parties, up to ten people!

What makeup products do you use?

We only use high quality, premium brand makeup such as Mac , Bobbi Brown, Nars & Estée Lauder.

Would you recommend wearing false eyelashes on my wedding day?

This can certainly be discussed during your trial to see whether or not false eyelashes are for you. Most of our brides like to have false eyelashes to complete the look. With Anna Poshe bridal services false eyelashes are included in the service of Makeup application free of charge!

Will my makeup last all day?

Yes! Our highly experienced artists have all been trained by Anna herself in applying the Makeup in a way to make it last all day, using Anna Poshes Signature natural look application.

I definitely highly recommend Anna Poshe for your wedding make-up and hair stylist. I had another make up trial before coming to Anna, and I felt the make-up was a bit cakey. But when I found Anna, I was very assured as her style is very natural, light and sweet. I have some pigmentation so I need coverage - but Anna's makeup appears to be natural under the many layers of makeup and best of all, I do not feel or see it as cakey. I still look like me, but the prettier and elevated version of me. Mum and guests were praising my makeup and hairstyle. They also lasted quite well - I forgot to retouch my makeup and re-apply my lipstick - but it still looks good in the photos. Anna is also very friendly, calm and professional - she listened well to my bridesmaid and sis-in-law requests and tailored their make-ups and hairstyles accordingly. Thank you Anna for making me look and feel beautiful for my special day.

Anna is the best MUA a girl could dream for. I’m huge on being myself on my wedding day and having natural beauty. Anna listened, worked around my natural features, and delivered a natural and sweet look for my engagement shoot and wedding. I’ve received so many compliments for both occasions. She did a fabulous job with my bridesmaid and mum too! She arrived at Newcastle at 7am which means a 2am departure in Sydney… Yet she has been so bubbly caring and accomodating throughout the whole make up session - my family and bridesmaids love her so much! She is also our DJ and before my reception she did a little touch up for me at her cute lil DJ stand, so I kept on glowing for the rest of my wedding night. I’m so lucky to have Anna on the most special day of my life.

Anna was an absolute God send. She was initially hair and make up artisit and she was the DJ for the reception. But she quickly evolved to become a confidante, a support line, and a friends. I fell in love with her and her soul! She went above an beyond for me through all of it - even my mini bridezilla moments. With Anna I didn't feel like just another client. She treated me as an individual and remembered details even I forgot! Her skills as an artist are impeccable. She made me feel even more gorgeous than I already am! She tailored every experience for the individual and my mother and bridesmaids were all over the moon with their own make up and hair. One of the best decisions I’ve made for the wedding was choosing Anna for hair and makeup. She was lovely to speak with, both online and in person, and always prompt in responding to all my queries. The hair and makeup for both the engagement photoshoot and wedding day were amazing. I don’t usually wear makeup but Anna made the look so natural - I still felt myself, just prettier version.
