The cake of exact description, delivered on time and hassle free. Lauren was very good at what she does. Minor critic is service appear a bit rushed in the shop, probably because they are very popular and very busy.

Asked for delivery at 7am, had a phone call at 6am from the company asking whether 10am instead would be ok. (It would not be given our ceremony finishes at 8am and guests departs after that). The company however did apologise and refunded the money promptly. However, that does not make up for how rushed we had to be to prepare food from scratch on the already hectic wedding day.

David has been of exceptional help for us both on the wedding day and in the preparation leading up to the wedding. He is easy to communicate with and almost always replies my emails within 5min no matter what time of the day it is (I don't know how he manages that!) He was always ready to help no matter what questions or concerns we have. David was also very accommodating due to our hectic schedules leading up to our wedding. Big thank you and I would have no hesitation in recommending all brides-to-be to get in contact with David.

Very disappointing flowers on the day. We trusted the girls to do a good job but unfortunately the flowers we ordered for our 12 table as centre piece was suprisingly sparce of flowers, not as described when we ordered and nothing like the picture they had. If we knew what we were getting, we would definitely have gone with a different supplier.
