I was pretty nervous booking a venue that didn't have food meaning I needed to make a crucial decision on food, but Going Gourmet made the whole process so easy. They knew my venue well and made everything so easy. The tasting night we got to go to was so much fun and we had so many compliments on the cheeses and main meals. We went with shared feast style and we definitely think that made our wedding vibe very chill and social. Going Gourmet were professional, fun to work with and made really bloody good food.

I was looking into cakes for quite a while and even though the tasting was the first thing we did to plan our wedding I couldn't bring myself to pay that much money for a cake! That's when I discovered Ice Cream Social. They have the most AMAZING flavours (Chocolate Brownie, Salted Caramel and Lemon Lime & Bitters were my faves) and the prettiest little truck. My guests LOVED the different dessert option and my ice-cream fiend husband was very happy. We'll always remember our wedding icecream and look forward to the trip in to Thornbury to bring our tastebuds back to that amazing day. Side note - the email communication was perfect and informative and Helen was hilarious.

Unlike most brides I didn't buy the first dress I found.. I would have tried on 60 dresses at least. I didn't really know what I was looking for but I knew I would once I found it. Most dress shops I didn't love the dresses and didn't really feel comfortable with the sales assistants. And then I found Yvonne. She actually listened to what I did and didn't like and within the first visit I had two dresses I loved. Yvonne clearly knows her fabrics and was so professional but also so real. I felt 100% comfortable and confident with Yvonne. I love my wedding dress so much and I'm so thankful I found Bernice Fashions.

Cathy and Lachy at Acacia Ridge were absolutely amazing to work with. They were so relaxed throughout the whole process which kept us relaxed too. The venue is absolutely stunning and yet so so practical. We unfortunately had drizzly rain all day on our special day but that didn't matter one bit thanks to the two beautiful spaces at Acacia Ridge. I felt supported and comfortable because it was so clear how much Cathy loves her job and knows her sh**! 100% recommend Acacia Ridge as a stunning, stunning venue.

I was incredibly lucky to have a lot of amazing wedding vendors but Kyla was a stand out. There was nothing she didn't know! Booking photography and videography through Love & Other was a breeze and she had many amazing contacts to recommend (saved a lot of googling). Kyla and Chris were great on the day, they were ninjas and blended in but they also made us so comfortable and laughed along with us the whole day. A few weeks after our wedding we received the photos and video and OMG they are stunning. We are so, so, so happy with our choice to book Love & Other. And so so so thankful that we have the most amazing photos and video to always remember our wedding day.
