Fairytales was the first place I went in search of my wedding dress, as they have a large range of dresses from multiple designers. I had Ester, the lovely experienced assistant take me through my appointment, recommending dresses in multiple designs in my chosen budget. She was patient, friendly and did not rush the process at all. Despite a little stress put on in ordering my gown promptly (bought my dress in February for my December wedding), all seemed smooth! They quoted that the dress should be expected to arrive in August, allowing plenty of time for alterations which they stated takes 6 weeks (hence the rush to order the dress). However, August came and went - no dress. September - no dress October - no dress November - no dress I had called fortnihghtly and then weekly leading up to December enquiring about the whereabouts of my dress. Initially they told me my dress got pushed back onto a later shipment due to other rush-order dresses and promised "it'll come next month". Eventually the explanation I received was that the designer I chose my dress from was "notoriously" late with their delivery - which may have been nice to know initially when I purchased the dress. December - finally the dress arrived 2 WEEKS before my wedding date which was a little stressful, but thankfully they were able to alter my dress in house very quickly and all turned out well for the day. It took 10 MONTHS for my dress to come (I believe from Perth?) Lesson learnt - order your dress earlier to allow for any shipping delays!!! Despite this hiccup, the service I received from Fairytales was otherwise very friendly.

What a phenomenal day our wedding was! From the moment we toured Immerse Winery we already felt warmly welcomed and cared for, and had no trouble deciding to book this venue for our special day. All the coordinators we interacted with were absolutely fantastic - so helpful, patient, friendly and prompt in email/phone responses. The venue itself is stunning - the beautiful gardens (our guests complimented on how gorgeous the grounds are), 3 options for your ceremony (outdoors, chapel and undercover garden chapel), rustic reception space and of course the onsite accommodation was not only modern and clean but was a fantastic option for us and the guests. Our wedding in mid-December was spoilt with colourful roses in full bloom, the last of the wisteria and lots of other florals adding a splash of colour to the garden. The food was wonderful. Far from the typical "alternating dry chicken and dry steak", beautiful flavours, generous portions and a wide variety of options which I believe are seasonal throughout the year. We cannot speak more highly of the Immerse Wedding Team and the incredible wedding day they hosted for us. Thank you so much!

Youki and her team at Sugarbee Flowers delivered the most amazing florals for our wedding day! From our initial emails, to Zoom meetings and finally on the day, Youki was enthusiastic, knowledgable and patient throughout the process. Despite my indecisiveness and inexperience with flowers, we were so pleased with how the final floral arrangements, bouquets, buttonholes and table settings turned out! We had the pleasure of having JayEss's acoustic duo for our Ceremony and 3-piece band for our Reception - both incredible performances! Ian and Jay learnt an acoustic version of our processional song for our Ceremony which was stunning and exceeded our expectations. Our Reception Dance Floor went off with a bang, we had a blast boogey-ing with the band, and our guests all complimented on how interactive and engaging JayEss were. They were responsive to the guests' experience and tailored the music choice as the night evolved to generate the perfect playlist for our wedding. My husband loved how Ian snuck in some extra theme songs from his favourite Marvel movies which was a lovely personalised touch in response to some of our speeches! Highly, HIGHLY recommend JayEss band for any occasion with a dance floor, you will be thoroughly entertained and guaranteed a fabulous time!
