Fairytales was great from my first visit to my last. There was a mix up in communication with when my dress was due to arrive as I was initially told the wrong month however it wasn't a big deal in the end as I made a change after the order was placed which did add $$$ to the initial dress price.

We loved Penny, she was great and made everything very easy for us. The ceremony was great and relaxed (just how we wanted it). Fantastic!

Replies to enails were a little bit slow (we were getting married in March so a very busy time) however it did make it difficult at times. The prices in our package were great and worth every cent. The room looked amazing when we walked in and wouldn't have changed a things.

Delivery was a bit expensive so my advise is to find someone who may be able to pick them up instead. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and very well priced.

A great venue! It looks amazing in photos and Tevany was great to deal with. The weather is hard to get right for an outdoor wedding but the team did everything possible to give me the outdoor wedding I so desired.

Sam was great to deal with before the wedding and also on the day. The photos were absolutely beautiful and we received them quickly (USB only) and they were so nicely presented.

Amazing. We wouldn't change a thing about this venue. We were sceptical about the make over that was happening after we had booked our wedding, however, it looked incredible. The food was fantastic, the service was great. We had no complaints from any guests.

We had a great limo driver for our big day. He was really nice and worked with out r photographer on the day to work out locations etc.

This was so much fun! The guests had a ball and the turn around for receiving the photos (USB) was amazing too. Paul and his fiancé helped guests stick photos into a book we provided which was a lovely addition. All communication was via Facebook and replies were always without delay.
