We went with Spurling in Parramatta for all of the boys suits and 3 days before the wedding we went for a final fitting. All 5 suits had been sent from their Melbourne warehouse with totally incorrect measurements and had to be redone, leaving no time to retry them prior to the wedding... They also forgot to ring one of the groomsmen to tell him his shoes were in, so he got them after the wedding (not helpful) and they denied the price we had agreed until we provided evidence we had (luckily) kept showing the agreed discount. Overall, the suits were gorgeous, but the seemed very disorganised and the errors were plentiful.

We booked this place 5mths in advance & paid for 2 rooms instead of 1 in order to secure a 2brm apartment with a private plunge pool and specified it was for a honeymoon. We got a package that included unlimited internet, movies & breakfast every morning in their famous Roughies Restaurant. When we arrived, there was no internet, the movies all skipped and the restaurant was closed for renovations... On top of that, the room they gave us had a public stair case coming out into our 'private' plunge pool area. They moved us (into the only other available room, which was a disabled apartment) but the experience overall was not good.

Amazing flowers and arrangements & so incredibly reasonable! Their quote & invoice was half of some of my other quotes and the end result was ten times more impressive. We were thrilled and awed by their work and the gorgeous blooms from the moment they arrived. We we very impressed and happy with them - they were all absolutely STUNNING. We had so many compliments about them throughout the day and I was personally very pleased with them. In the past I have spent a fortune on flowers only to be disappointed with how small the arrangements were, but that certainly was not the case with their work. Everything was so beautiful, full, generous & fresh. I can honestly say the flowers weddingflowers.com provided were the most beautiful and best value arrangements I have ever purchased. As well as being super impressed with the flowers, we really appreciated the fact they were so easy to deal with, pleasant, professional and accommodating. The quotation & ordering process was very easy and your early morning delivery was above & beyond. Their work really helped to make our day truly special and the arrangements really were absolutely perfect.

Best hair & make up professional ever, hands down. Martha & her team arrived at my home to get us ready for a 9am ceremony at 4am! At no extra charge!! She & her team were so sweet, professional and thorough, we were in & done & looking amazing in no time. They are seasoned professionals and Martha is the most talented, brilliant hair & make up artist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She listened, made sure I was happy, got in special products from Japan just to suit me and made sure the accessories I needed were kept for us. She is a fabulous talent and I would highly recommend her for any hair & make up job.

The venue is amazing and looked exceptionally beautiful with the help of all of our suppliers - with crystal centrepieces, chandeliers & drapings. I wasn't that impressed with the initial dealings as they seemed quite greedy & would only speak to me when they wanted to ask for more money. They made some of the arrangements quite difficult to organise & weren't particularly helpful, but after I made a complaint they did improve & by the wedding day the were all brilliant. The floor manager & functions manager in particular, were fantastic. I do definitely recommend the venue, just be aware of hidden costs & keep on top of access times, inclusions, etc.
