Excellent overall. Came to our home for fittings which only took half an hour. Great value, same price as others. We had one small problem of a button popping off, but sewed on easily and not a problem.

Great service overall, and wonderful tasting cake (white raspberry mud!) with the option to try all the flavours first. I had to provide the ribbon (it seemed funny they didn't have navy blue ribbon as an option) but then I was still surprised when arriving at the reception I saw the cake had silver ribbon added as well as the navy blue, not what we ordered! But it still looked good, and we were the only ones to know.

Contracted by our reception centre, but so easy to work with, only took one visit to discuss options and then to confirm. They made the reception look exactly as we had wanted.

Always very helpful and understanding. Would get 5/5 except for one thing when I thought I was picking up my dress they hadn't completed the last part, and I had to make a subsequent appointment. Otherwise all good!

I had hair only done by Jody, she did a fantastic job on all our hair and was very reasonably priced for the trial and the wedding day. She created a style with me and re-created it perfectly on the day. She also was fun to be around and made the morning getting ready enjoyable.

Got some great shots, and it was an excellent package with 12 hours of service. Some guests reported though that they were a bit pushy on the day to get one or two of the structured shots.

Great to have the scanner, would love it to be available online for guests though. Good range of gifts. We received one gift twice but easy to return for something else.

Excellent package at a great price for Sydney CBD. Great location across the road from Hyde Park. Excellent food with complementary full three course meal and wines for a trial. Very helpful coordinator who answered my multiple questions. Option of function room or glass-walled restaurant (amazing!).

Best video ever! Steve was amazing, did such great work and was practcally invisible on the day. Everyone who has seen it has commented how well he cptured the day for us to remember always.
