I was fortunate enough to have 2 nights stay for the pre wedding night & wedding night. The staff were more than happy to help with any request we had. The room was beautiful & spacious.

I purchased my gown & when I went in for alterations, I was told they couldn't help me, nor did they even try to. When I purchased the dress was told it was able to be altered. I was told to either go bare foot or buy another dress. Absolutely disgusting service.
