The drivers were absolute gentlemen! They held my dress, put a shawl over my shoulder in between photos and were so kind and helpful during the day. They were so experienced and even knew how to get me to sit in the car to avoid crushing my dress.

Although there are lovely dresses in this store I found the customer service lacking. The girl that served me was talking about another customer in the store which was very unprofessional. Once I had bought the dress I wanted to also purchase my other accessories there but felt very unwelcome.

Megan was very prompt at answering my queries which was fantastic. Unfortunalty she was running late on the wedding day so the photographers had to wait for her to arrive. However the flowers were lovely.

Sally did hair and makeup for myself and two bridesmaids. She was highly professional and made sure that we were all ready on time and looking great. I was so impressed with the way that she made me look and felt confident and beautiful on the day.

Jeanette spend an hour and a half with me helping choose my headpiece and earrings. She was so helpful and gave great advice. I was so impressed with the customer service provided that I also bought my bag and shoes there!

Dana was wonderful! She was so helpful and knowledgable. She did a fantastic job on alterations for my dress as well as those of my two bridesmaids. It was a nice surprise to receive such a high level of customer service. You would not find this at regular bridal boutiques!

This venue was great value for money, with everything included (e.g. cake cutting, chair covers, sashes etc - many venues charge extra per head) the staff were fantastic and looked after us and our guests. Bramleigh is a beautiful venue and a great setting for the wedding photos.
