On Sunday 8 July, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort will open its doors for the World of Wedding Showcase, a journey through Queensland’s most diverse collection of reception venues and InterContinental’s award-winning Chapel.
Couples on the hunt for the crème de la crème of wedding suppliers will be immersed in 30 of the region’s most coveted luxury wedding exhibitors, where they can meet, greet and kick off their big-day planning. Guests will also have the opportunity to be guided by InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort’s expert weddings team who will unveil a journey through the breathtaking indoor and outdoor venues including the one-acre Lagoon Beach, Fountain Terrace, rustic interiors of The Grange, and the glass façade Chapel.
Visitors will be gifted a glass of complimentary sparkling upon arrival, an extensive showcase within The Woolshed and InterContinental’s annual Bridal Fashion Parade, which will commence at 12.00pm. The World of Wedding Showcase is deigned to inspire couples with the latest and greatest styling ideas and provide an opportunity to meet the industry’s leading experts, including the Gold Coast’s premium photographers, videographers, stylists, celebrants, entertainers, cake designers, florists and more.
Plus, there will be an exclusive giveaway up for grabs, with each World of Weddings Showcase ticket providing the chance for couples to win a dream-come-true ceremony inside InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort’s iconic glass-front Chapel, voted The Bride's Choice Award #1 Wedding Chapel of 2017 in the Gold Coast and Hinterlands, and valued at over $4,100.
